Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort. Founded in Fabriano in 1930, the Group maintains deep industrial roots in the Marche region. Today, Marche hosts five production sites and a network of Research & Development centers, bringing together long-standing manufacturing expertise and new capabilities. The regional footprint includes sites in Cerreto, Genga, Arcevia, Osimo and Albacina.
In 2025, the Group further strengthened this presence by opening its first electronics factory in Arcevia, supporting the in-house production of electronic boards and the development of increasingly connected, electrified and technologically advanced solutions. Role purpose
Reporting hierarchically to the Plant Director and functionally to the Quality Assurance Director, the Plant Quality Control Manager is accountable for the effectiveness, development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the plant quality management system. The role safeguards product and process conformity throughout the manufacturing flow and drives action to improve customer satisfaction and quality performance.
