Overview As Brand & Dealer Development Lead, you drive market growth by aligning brand objectives with dealer network performance. You will lead a local brand team, develop dealer capabilities, and optimize coverage to hit volumes, margins, and market share. You’ll shape campaigns, pricing, and training, while fostering a strong brand image and customer experience. This role offers strategic influence across markets and a hands-on focus on coaching, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Align brand objectives with market targets (volumes, margin, market share) and plan to exceed them
- Lead the local brand team and drive performance coaching for staff and dealers
- Develop and manage dealer network to maximize brand profitability and coverage
- Oversee sales funnel management, key accounts, and fleet deals; drive growth with selected dealers (Fendt Power Program)




- Create and execute dealer business plans with monthly progress reviews
- Collaborate on sales campaigns, pricing, and discounting with brand sales, marketing, and finance
- Ensure dealer training and compliance via AGCO Academy or external providers; promote standards and brand image
- Manage inventory, spend (RLP, OPEX) within budget; monitor dealer standards and territory coverage
- Support customer experience and journey development aligned to brand value proposition
- Provide regular performance reviews and coaching to internal and external staff
- Implement brand initiatives within market areas and track progress toward objectives

Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years in a sales role within agricultural machinery
- Expert knowledge of dealership functions in the agricultural machinery sector
- Proficiency in PC tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
- Strong team management and English/Italian communication; Germa
