Position: Sales Operations and Digital Content Intern

I am currently representing a global leader in the digital food and grocery delivery sector. They are looking for a motivated intern to join their sales department in Milan for a six month placement with the potential for extension. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced tech environment while working on a hybrid schedule.

The role involves a mix of operational support and visual content management. You will play a vital part in ensuring new restaurant partners are onboarded successfully while maintaining the high aesthetic standards of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new partners by providing training on software tools and hardware devices.

Verify all partner documentation and information prior to platform activation.

Provide administrative support to the sales team and manage internal inquiries.

Edit and enhance partner food photography to align with brand quality standards.

Conduct quality audits of visual assets to ensure site wide consistency.

Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot content issues and advise partners on visual best practices.





Candidate Requirements

Fluency in Italian and a good working proficiency in English.

Strong verbal communication skills for professional partner interactions.

High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.

Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a rapid work environment.

Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or photo editing software like Photoshop or Canva is a distinct advantage but not mandatory.

Contract Details

Location is Milan with a hybrid model of three days in office and two days remote.

The internship lasts for six months with a possibility of a six month extension.

Compensation is 600 euros per month.

Additional daily meal vouchers worth 7 euros.
