TechTree is seeking a Customer Success / Account Manager to nurture an existing client base of dental clinics in Italy. The role is based in Milan with a hybrid schedule, roughly one day per week in the office after onboarding.
You will own relationships from onboarding through renewal, drive product adoption, coordinate with support, and identify upsell opportunities to maximize net revenue retention.
