To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated, quality-conscious and reliable Breakfast Chef (m/f/d) who, with a passion for high-quality products and high standards, helps ensure a perfect start to the day for our guests.

Your Tasks

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for our breakfast offering
- Take responsibility for your own section during breakfast service
- Prepare and organise a perfect mise en place
- Ensure the quality, freshness and appealing presentation of all breakfast dishes
- Contribute creatively to the development of our breakfast offering using high-quality, regional and seasonal products
- Handle food, utensils and kitchen equipment professionally and responsibly
- Check goods and ensure the proper storage and preparation of food products
- Work efficiently and cost-consciously at your own station
- Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards as well as HACCP guidelines
- Work closely with the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth breakfast service

Your Profile

- Completed culinary training and initial professional experience, ideally within upscale hospitality
- Passion for high-quality breakfast cuisine and fresh, seasonal products
- Good knowledge of products and food
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
- Independent,



structured and reliable working style
- Hands-on mentality, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working with colleagues
- Passion for contributing to an exceptional guest experience through high-quality cuisine
- Very good command of Italian, German or English
