TeamSystem seeks an experienced AI engineering leader to drive the design and delivery of an AI agent orchestration platform. You will lead a team of AI software engineers, balance hands-on work with mentorship, and push frontier models into production with rigorous evaluation. You will define evolving agent architectures, collaborate with architecture and product teams, and ensure robust, scalable, observable solutions in a hybrid Milan/Turin work setup.
