Eterna School of Management Rome is looking for motivated and dynamic people to join our team as Admissions & Recruitment Intern.

This is a paid internship opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development and the international education sector while working in a multicultural environment in Rome.

We are particularly interested in candidates who speak:

- Italian

• English

Other languages are considered a strong asset

What you will do:

- Support and build relationships with prospective students, partners and agents.
- Promote our educational programmes and courses
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities
- Support the school’s presence at events and networking opportunities
- Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with CRM activities and sales reporting

What we are looking for:





- Degree or current studies in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, goal-oriented and eager to learn
- Very good command of English; additional languages are highly valued
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in sales, recruitment, business development and the education sector
