We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Organization within the Service Hub, managing worldwide distributors as well as focused and emerging customers. Based in our Sales Office in Novara, with a hybrid working model, you will manage a defined customer portfolio, mainly across Southern Europe and South America, reporting to the Service Hub Sales Director based in Germany.

Your responsibilities Manage and develop a defined portfolio of international customers Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts Analyze market potential, trends and competitive dynamics Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to annual sales planning Manage sales volumes, product mix and pricing Support customers in defining technical requirements Coordinate technical and commercial proposals with our international teams Conduct price and contract negotiations in line with Group guidelines What you bring Technical educational background,



or business studies combined with technical knowledge At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Sales Back Office or Product Management within a technical B2B environment Strong customer orientation and a hands-on mindset Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is a plus Fluent English; German is considered a plus What we offer Permanent, full-time contract Hybrid working model Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €35.000 – €40.000 Short-Term Incentive: target €4.000 gross/year Meal vouchers International working environment and long-term development opportunities E.G.O.
