Four Seasons Milano is seeking a People and Culture Manager to lead and champion our employee experience. You will partner with hotel leaders to drive culture, talent management, and learning initiatives within a luxury hospitality setting.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of People and Culture, you will support strategy execution, budget oversight, and onboarding, while ensuring a compliant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
