Your role
As our Omnichannel & Marketing Specialist , you will support the development,



execution and monitoring of omnichannel and marketing initiatives across the customer journey. You will work closely with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance and external agencies to help deliver compliant, engaging and effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Support the planning, implementation and tracking of omnichannel marketing initiatives.
Contribute to the management of digital assets, customer journeys, content and omnichannel touchpoints in collaboration with global teams and external creative agencies.
Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to translate brand strategies into operational omnichannel plans.
Manage approval workflows for promotional materials through Veeva PromoMats, working with Medical, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
Support AIFA submission activities for promotional materials.
