About the TeamWe are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Milan and open conversations in international markets where Trustfull has no office and no local salesperson. You will work directly with the Chief Sales Officer and closely with Marketing and Solution Engineering. Your job is to create the first contact with companies that have never heard of us. There is no territory list: you will help decide where Trustfull goes next.

In this role, you will:• Generate new business opportunities through structured, high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Starting from leads generated by Marketing as well as your own outbound research, identify which companies are worth engaging based on our ICP, market signals and commercial priorities.
• Learn to recognise the signals that suggest a company may be ready for a conversation: a fintech launching in a new country, a lender hiring its first Head of Fraud, a recent funding round, a new regulatory obligation, or engagement with our website and content.
• Turn those signals into relevant,



personalised multichannel outreach through email, LinkedIn and phone, building a relationship from the very first interaction.
• Start conversations with Heads of Fraud, Risk and Compliance, explain how Trustfull helps them reduce fraud without slowing down good customers, and turn initial interest into new commercial opportunities.
• Manage the discovery and qualification process: understand how prospective customers currently manage fraud and identity verification, where they experience operational inefficiencies, unnecessary costs or conversion challenges, and assess whether Trustfull is the right solution for them.
• Lead initial product demos, presenting the Trustfull platform and connecting its capabilities to the concrete business and operational challenges uncovered during discovery, with support from Solution Engineering when needed.
