Commissioning Project Lead – Milan

Ready to lead mission-critical data centre projects across Europe?

We’re looking for a driven Commissioning Project Lead to take ownership of complex data centre commissioning projects across Europe — bringing critical systems, project teams, and delivery milestones together safely, efficiently, and at pace.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments and knows how to keep projects moving from design through to final handover.

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading commissioning activity across design, construction, acceptance, and handover phases.
• Coordinating Project Managers, Supervisors, specialist subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
• Driving commissioning workshops, test scripts, witness testing, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Keeping delivery sharp, compliant, organised, and action-focused.

•
What we’re looking for:
• Experience leading commissioning within data centres, mission-critical environments, or complex MEP projects.

• Strong technical grounding across electrical, mechanical, building services, or critical systems.
• Relevant qualifications such as trade apprenticeship, HNC, BEng or equivalent experience.
• CSCS / Safe Pass / ECS / SMSTS certification.
• Prince 2 or equivalent project delivery qualification would be a premio.

If you bring the right mindset, technical foundation, and drive to grow, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a key European delivery role with support through further education, CPD, and mentoring.

Open to British, European, and Irish passport holders ready to play a key role in delivering world-class data centre projects across Europe.
