The person will be integrated into the Microwave Lab team in a motivating and interdisciplinary work environment made up of microwave technicians, engineers and physicists; interacting with other engineering areas. The resource will be placed in a laboratory (clean room) and will deal with chip integration activities in packages, participating in the different phases of the microelectronic assembly process.
