Oniverse is a vertically integrated Italian multi-brand Group active in three main business areas: fashion, food&wine;, and nautical. For the E-commerce area, we are looking for a UX & CRO Manager. WHERE: Oniverse HQ Dossobuono di Villafranca (Verona) WHAT YOU WILL DO: Define the UX and Conversion Rate Optimization strategy for the digital channels of our brands in line with business objectives; Manage and coordinate a UX/UI team,



supporting its development and defining operational priorities; Coordinate and supervise user behavior analysis activities (session replay, heatmaps, user testing, surveys, etc.); Supervise business as usual activities (homepage, banners, landing pages, etc.), ensuring visual and functional consistency with brand identity; Lead the design of effective interfaces and user flows, in collaboration with UX Designers, UI Specialists, and Frontend Developers; Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests with a data-driven approach; Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and user experience; Collaborate with international E-commerce teams to scale global UX and CRO best practices; Monitor performance KPIs and prepare periodic reports on the impact of UX & CRO initiatives.
