Within the Group Data Artificial Intelligence and Automation Solutions function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The function is in charge of driving the execution of key Artificial Intelligence projects at Group level, related both to AI-driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions to support the Generali growth. The function is also responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a library of central shared analytics/automation services,



leveraging cutting-edge technologies, algorithms, and methodologies, available for the BUs through a central platform. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Supporting the project set-up, the analysis of the as-is processes, the creation of a business case, and the design of the target end-to-end solution, including the models and data needed to maximize the business impact Developing end-to-end AI projects (data pre-processing, algorithm selection, training, evaluation/test, and code-base maintenance) Presenting and explaining the projects results and the solution’s performances to the business stakeholders Researching bleeding-edge techniques and tools to bring new research topics and methodologies from paper to production and contribute to the library of ready-to-use shared algorithms used worldwide Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, M
