Seedway is looking for a highly motivated candidate for this sales position with territory including Michigan/UpperMidwest.
The Seed Sales Representative is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of seed sales within assigned territory – including Michigan/UpperMidwest. This role works closely with the Sales Manager, Crop Specialists, and other team members to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and provide agronomic support through innovative solutions and services.
Sales & Customer Development




Execute targeted sales calls and assist Crop Specialists with key account strategy and support.
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of seed trials and related support initiatives.
Present tailored farm proposals that highlight the value of seed products and services, reinforcing return on investment.
Support and implement company sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing initiatives to drive market share and profitability.
Track and analyze competitive trends, product performance, and market conditions to inform strategy and stay ahead of industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
Collaboration & Communication
Participate in customer events, trade shows, and internal sales meetings to share insights and strengthen customer and team engagement.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and high service stand
