Responsabilità
Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions)
Corporate restructuring support
Analyses of tax treatment under OIC and IAS/IFRS
Prepare national and international tax opinions
Assist with applications for tax rulings




Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)
Requisiti fondamentali
~ Up to 2 years of professional experience at International Law Firms (Big Four or Advisory Firms)
~ Master's Degree in Economics or Law with grade
~100/110
~ Excellent knowledge of English
