Location: Milan, Italy - Network Operations Center
About the Role
As a NOC Technician , you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting Vaultica's high standards of service availability, infrastructure reliability, and operational performance .
Working within the Network Operations Center (NOC) , you will monitor Vaultica's sites and services, act as a first point of contact for customers, and coordinate closely with Operations, Network, Cybersecurity, and other specialist teams to ensure incidents and requests are handled efficiently.
- Monitor all Vaultica sites through electrical and mechanical monitoring systems, including BMS
- Act as a first point of contact for customers , handling fault notifications, service requests, and operational enquiries
- Monitor customer connectivity services and provide remote support and configuration when required
- Monitor cybersecurity alerts and perform initial assessment and first-response actions
- Identify incidents and involve the appropriate internal specialist teams to support resolution




- Initiate and manage escalation processes when required
- Provide technical end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues
- Document NOC processes, procedures, incidents, and customer interactions in coordination with relevant company departments
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of operational activities
- Meet defined KPOs and KPIs and comply with applicable operational standards and procedures
- Contribute actively to the company's continuous improvement and quality processes
- Support effective communication and coordination between customers, Operations teams, and technical specialists

Depending on operational requirements, you will work within a 24/7 Network Operations Center environment , including shift-based coverage where required.
