We are looking for a Project HSE Manager to join our office in Milano.
Your Key Duties And Responsibilities Plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise all HSE activities within projects, in accordance with project complexity, scope of work, company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and international standards.
Support company-wide HSE initiatives, including bid preparation, management system maintenance, training activities, KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and continuous improvement programs.
Lead and influence project teams, colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors to work safely and promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
Define and implement the project HSE management strategy throughout the entire project lifecycle, from proposal and tender phases through project execution and completion.
Provide expert support to company functions and project teams when dealing with clients on all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters.
Ensure that all project HSE activities comply with applicable legislation,



client requirements, international standards, and Prysmian's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures, including those applicable to suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with manufacturing HSE teams to ensure alignment with company policies and project-specific requirements, while collaborating with operations teams and local offices to effectively implement HSE methodologies and foster a strong safety culture.
Ensure vessel operations are conducted in compliance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and other relevant maritime regulations.
Support project teams in the risk management process, including risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, and other hazard identification and mitigation activities.
Lead and facilitate accident and incident investigations, analyze trends and root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions to improve project and org
