Your Role and Responsibilities implementation, updating of Organizational, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and support for the activities of the Supervisory Body; design and implementation of delegation and power of attorney systems; assistance in the design, development and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs (by way of example and not limited to: health and safety in the workplace pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008; ESG; environmental compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 “Environmental Consolidated Law”, etc.).
