We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement Strategy team within the Sourcing Plan, PMO & Market Intelligence unit for a maternity substitution. The role is suited for a professional with 3–5 years of experience , who will play a key role in supporting reporting, performance monitoring and analytic activities , with a strong focus on Procurement KPIs (5S)



and on the development of dashboards to monitor and communicate Procurement performance and results across the Group. Main Tasks: Support the collection, calculation and analysis of Procurement KPIs (5S) Develop, maintain and update dashboards to provide clear insights into Procurement performance, efficiency and process optimization Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making processes Assist in drafting institutional presentations for the Procurement department Support PMO activities related to strategic initiatives undertaken by the unit Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Controlling, Performance Management or similar roles Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Excellent written and spoken English Strong analytical, synthesis and data-driven mindset Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with dashboard and data visualization
