ACTIVITIES: 70% Data Analysis: * Analysis of sales trends, monitoring of margins by product/customer, reporting on commercial performance, and segmentation of the company database to identify new industrial market niches; * Analyze and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities; * Monitor offers, orders, and commercial activities; * Create and maintain commercial dashboards and reports; * Support the owner in preparing visits and negotiations; 30% Inside Sales:



* Conduct telephone and email follow-ups on offers and opportunities; * Contact inactive customers or those with development potential; * Support the reactivation of dormant customers; * Qualify new prospects; * Make initial contact with potential foreign customers.
