Overview In this role you drive complex logistics and planning improvements for manufacturing clients across Europe. You combine supply-chain expertise with financial and investment evaluation to deliver measurable performance gains. You will bridge strategic planning with hands-on execution, leading cross-functional efforts and coaching teams to embed sustainable changes. You work closely with client and operational teams to implement S&OP; enhancements, performance governance, and data-driven decision making, with a clear impact on profitability and service levels.

Utilise planning data and legacy IT systems to support decisions and performance management
Understand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning
Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops and reviews
Coach and develop junior team members in analytical methods and stakeholder management
Prepare business cases, executive recommendations, and implementation progress updates
Ensure improvements are embedded into management routines and operating standards
4–6 years of professional experience in manufacturing or operations consulting
~ Proven experience delivering logistics improvement projects (OTIF, WIP, cost reduction)
~ Ability to perform profitability analyses for logistics investments
~ Experience managing Logistics and/or Planning teams or leading consulting projects
~ Knowledge of functional IT systems supporting Planning
