In this role, you will be a key player in driving regional sales, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution within high-value and technical construction environments. You'll operate at the intersection of business development, technical advisory, and project coordination. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners across the insulation and waterproofing business. Proactively engaging in specification sales and prospecting activities to expand diverse client portfolio's across a predefined area.
Expanding the client base and penetrating new market segments.
Building and maintaining strong,



long‐term relationships with key stakeholders including clients, project owners, architects, project developers and strategic installers.
Ensuring effective project follow‐up, including coordination of deliveries and management of customer claims.
Product Oversight & Site Follow‐up: monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and product compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.
Use data to win: manage pipelines, opportunities, and ensure all client and site interactions through CRM & Power BI to increase efficiency.
Providing technical & commercial support tailored to client needs.
Relevant commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales. Understands that all business opportunities begin with a knowledge of creating value for the customer.
Ability to work in an international matrix organization * Ability to lead one's own work and solution‐oriented approach. * Passion to travel, and visiting clients in the regio
