ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Sales Assistant - Runner CDD - 21h to join our Florence Boutique team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the ZIMMERMANN brand with confidence, care, and attention to detail on the shop floor.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a refined retail environment, and values building meaningful, long‐term relationships with clients. In this role, you will work closely with your team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable presentation standards, and create memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the essence of ZIMMERMANN.
To ensure that customers receive a warm welcome as their first point of contact in the store, in order to provide a customer experience that meets Zimmermann's expectations.
Ensure that a consistently high standard of visual presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directives.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
Experience in a similar role ideally in the luxury sector or in a retail environment
Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
Fluent in English & Italian
