About the Role
At Jones, integrations are at the heart of the customer experience. As our Technical Project Manager, Integrations you'll become the go-to expert on our integration platform, helping customers successfully implement, understand, and optimize our integrations.
You'll work at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering,



leading integration-related initiatives, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring customers get the most value from our platform.
The most important skill for success in this role is the ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, practical guidance that anyone can understand. We don't expect you to know everything on day one- we're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and excited to learn.
