Overview In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across CFOps to simplify, standardize, and automate finance processes. You'll act as the change engine, removing inefficiencies and enabling scalable, cadence-safe close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance activities. Lead Lean-based improvements across core CFOps processes (close, forecasting, RevRec, project finance) and identify root causes of inefficiency and cadence risk
Design processes resilient to peak periods and eliminate manual workarounds while maintaining control and auditability
Drive automation and system enablement by partnering with Finance Systems and IT to translate processes into scalable, system-based solutions




Build Continuous Improvement capability by establishing Lean practices, coaching teams, and creating a repeatable improvement pipeline
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
~7–10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A; with hands-on process improvement delivery
~ Proven experience applying Lean / Six Sigma to financial processes in complex, multi-country setups
~ Hands-on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting-adjacent processes
~ Understanding of finance systems and data flows (SAP-based environments) to enable automation
~ Ability to translate process improvements into system and control-compliant solutions
~ Structured, data-driven problem-solving mindset
~ coaching and mentoring teams
~ Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
