We're looking for a Senior AI Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Design and document the end-to-end technical solution for client problems, including architecture, non-functional requirements, and cloud components (Azure/AWS).
• Design and implement APIs and system integrations, define and enforce the tech stack, and set the roadmap for versioned, progressive releases.
• Guide CI/CD, security patterns, and dockerization; own system documentation and monitor/optimize cloud and infrastructure costs.
• Define and validate how project success is measured, including GenAI-specific evaluation methods (RAGAS, LLM-as-a-Judge) and risk areas like hallucinations and drift.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, break down and monitor delivery work, and flag risks and blockers early.
• Lead the team technically — mentoring engineers, reviewing quality, and collaborating with Product, SRE, Data, QA, and Security.
Must have
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing system architecture in cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
• Strong experience designing and implementing APIs, authentication, and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Experience building, deploying, and evaluating Generative AI / LLM-based systems in production.
• Working knowledge of GenAI evaluation frameworks and metrics (e.g., RAGAS, LLM-as-a-Judge, accuracy/precision, faithfulness/relevance/coherence).
• Experience leading technically — defining tech stack, enforcing best practices, mentoring engineers.
• Advanced English level (spoken and written), with experience in client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Nice to have
• Experience across both Azure and AWS.
