We're looking for a detail-oriented engineer to design and develop structural components for advanced rail systems. You’ll work in an environment in which ownership and dedication are key values.
Your Role, Your Impact
• Design safe and reliable mechanical structures for rolling stock applications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards in all structural designs.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and sustainability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within structural design practices and processes.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What You Bring
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; experience with Railway design is appreciated.
• Strong experience with CAD tools and structural design principles.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical analysis.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required; knowledge of Italian is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment and to coordinate small operational cells.
• Attention to detail and a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.
