We are looking for a Group Migration Specialist to join our Process Team, someone eager to drive strategic migration initiatives across the Namirial Group and contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise projects.
The role involves coordinating end-to-end migration programs across multiple business units and geographies, ensuring the successful transition of customers and installed bases from legacy solutions to Group target platforms. Depending on business priorities, the role may also support Customer Delivery and Success activities for enterprise customers in the Italian market.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Plan and govern the entire migration lifecycle, from gap analysis and assessment through go-live and post-migration stabilization.
Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment and execution according to agreed plans.
Organize and lead regular project governance meetings and status updates.
