We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commis to join our culinary team at the luxurious Constance Halaveli in the Maldives.

As a Commis, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. - Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, following recipes and chef instructions - Maintain a clean and organised workstation,



adhering to food safety and hygiene standards - Support senior chefs in mise en place activities and daily kitchen operations - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food production - Assist in the proper storage and rotation of food items to minimise waste - Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative input when appropriate - Help with inventory management and stock rotation - Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils - Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently during peak service times - Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen
