At OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset, and PTC, we're looking for a hands‐on, AI‐native marketer who wants to take ownership of marketing and help shape how we do it.
AI is a core part of how we work. We're looking for someone who already uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to get real marketing work done – and can show us what they've achieved with them.
We've built our own analytics, newsletter, and marketing automation systems, so you should be comfortable working with technical tools, setting up a local development environment, and using tools like Claude to help you navigate technical tasks.
You won't be joining an established marketing team or following a fixed playbook. You'll have the freedom to talk to our clients, understand our business, find the strongest opportunities, and decide what marketing should focus on next.
