As of now, Camlin operates in over 20 countries worldwide.About the roleWe are looking for a R&D Product Owner to drive the definition and resolution of complex data and analytics challenges in the energy domain.In this role, you will work at the intersection of domain expertise, data, and advanced analytics, guiding discovery efforts that lead to solutions such as diagnostic models, algorithms, and data products.You will be responsible for ensuring that the right problems are identified, framed, and solved, and that decisions are made based on evidence.What makes this role unique:You will work on real-world, high-impact industrial analyticsYou will shape how data and AI are applied, not just implement themYou will influence both discovery and product directionWhat you'll do:Work with business stakeholders to define high-impact analytical challenges related to the energy sector (e.G. assets monitoring systems, predictive systems)Translate domain challenges into structured problem framesEnsure analytical questions are clearly scoped and aligned with business prioritiesEnsure analyses, experiments, and models are focused on answering the core questionChallenge assumptions and avoid premature solutioningDefine success criteria and evaluation frameworksAssess results from analytics, models,
