**Job Description Summary** The Through Life Support Engineer - Services Technology supports the development and improvement of service solutions by leveraging customer and fleet data to assess and enhance engine/product performance throughout the lifecycle. The role focuses on reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and related service parameters, ensuring that technical and operational activities are carried out effectively and with high quality standards. Working within defined processes and technical guidelines, this position executes routine operational tasks while applying sound judgment to adapt work priorities and sequencing based on evolving business and customer requirements. **Job Description** **Essential Responsibilities:** + Define **maintainability requirements** and collaborate with engineering teams across the full product lifecycle, from design through In-Service support, to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance planning, including preventive, predictive, and corrective activities + Support **fleet modeling activities** to determine spare parts requirements throughout the entire engine lifecycle + Define **support and test equipment requirements** , with particular focus on packaging, handling, storage, and transportation needs for critical components and equipment + Identify **manpower and staffing requirements** for the various maintenance bases + Define **training requirements** for operators,
