You will translate customer needs into optimized chiller configurations and value-driven proposals, while analyzing specs and performing thermal calculations. You’ll engage with customers and internal stakeholders during pre-sales and proposal work, and contribute to marketing content and technical documentation. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and product feedback, offering meaningful impact on solution design and customer satisfaction.
