Training delivery & change enablement – your core focusDesign and facilitate learning experiences that support business transformationDeliver impactful workshops, training sessions and development programmes in Italian and EnglishGuide managers and employees through organisational changeTranslate business changes into practical learning journeysFacilitate discussions, manage resistance and create engagement2. L&D projects with a data-driven approachYou contribute to learning projects linked to business impact.Work on L&D projects focused on training effectiveness and capability buildingUse data and feedback to identify needs and recommend actionsBring your own analytical mindset and experience into the teamFollow up on planning, actions and risks within projects3.
Talent SPOC in your MarketsYou connect Learning & Development with the business.Ensure correct application of Talent processes in your Market(s)/segmentMaintain overview and alignment across initiativesBuild strong internal relationships and act as a trusted advisor4.
