The Payroll Specialist for the Nordics region, with Finnish and Swedish language own s and deliver s end ‑ to ‑ endpayroll execution for assigned countries or regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. The Payroll Specialist serves as asubject ‑ matterexpert for payroll operations,



supports complex statutory and system requirements, and plays a key role in harmonization, escalation management, and continuous improvement across EMEA.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Process multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with country, regional, and local payroll regulations. Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations. Prepare and submit required filings and reports
- Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies and serve as escalation point for Senior Payroll Analysts and Payroll Analysts. Recommend process improvements
