Canadian School of Florence is a K-12 school with students from 3 to 18. The lower primary (Pre- Kindergarten to grade 3) campus is in San Domenico, Fiesole. The Upper primary campus (Grades 4 & 6) and Middle School campus (Grades 7-8) are also located in a nearby piazza. The Senior School (Grades 9-12) is in Florence, in a beautiful historical building, less than 2 km away from the Junior school.
Across all our campuses, courses are taught in English (except for Italian and French),



based on the Canada (Ontario) curriculum with preparation, in Italian, for the Italian national exams as a "paritaria" school. Our students work towards gaining the Ontario Secondary School Diploma which is recognized by universities worldwide. We also offer the Liceo delle Scienze Umane at our high school providing an opportunity for our students to gain a dual diploma.
The Ontario curriculum combines the best of Canadian and International educational practices into proven academic programs aimed at developing students' independent learning, collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
