Role Description The Luxury Real Estate Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan, supporting the evaluation and optimization of high-end real estate investments. The analyst will conduct market and property research, perform financial modeling, and prepare detailed reports on luxury assets, including pricing analyses, ROI assessments,



and portfolio performance reviews. Day-to-day activities include performing due diligence on properties, reviewing legal and financial documentation, and collaborating with internal advisors to support acquisition, disposition, and diversification strategies. The role involves tracking market trends, benchmarking comparable properties, and presenting insights that inform investment decisions and client proposals. The analyst will also support the creation of client-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and uniqueness of Wayshi’s real estate offerings.
