Description and Requirements

Reporting to the Global Sponsorships Director and working as part of the Sponsorships team, the Sponsorships Marketing Senior Lead will be responsible for defining and driving the sponsorship marketing strategy and activation roadmap across key partnership platforms.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on activation leadership, ensuring that sponsorship rights, assets and investments are transformed into impactful marketing programs that strengthen brand positioning, engage target audiences and support business objectives across global and local markets.
Given the nature of the sponsorship portfolio, the ideal candidate brings a proven motorsport background and a deep understanding of their commercial, media, sponsorship and partnership dynamics. Strong familiarity with the key stakeholders across the
