The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
As a Real Estate Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, challenging and pushing sales advisors to reach their full potential. You will be the engine that translates strategy into execution, and the first to act when performance is not where it should be. You will use data, dashboards and performance frameworks to build a high-impact team.
- Analyse advisors’ commercial performance using dashboards and KPIs.
