Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones are met by collaborating with multi-functional teams and providing regular progress updates.
- Assist in defining governance structures,



managing risks, and ensuring decision-making processes are followed.
- Support to track and manage project dependencies and BAU work, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet targets.
- Help define and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Assist with change management initiatives, including training, employee communications, and managing the change agent network.
- Gather data and insights from the project team to support reporting, and provide updates to the Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Support the coordination of regular project and portfolio management meetings, tracking progress and managing interdependencies between projects.
- Assist with closing project activities, including financial management, resource release, and the formal handover of responsibilities to business-as-usual support.
