Multinational company, operating in Italy for over 26 years and a leader in the HVAC industry is seeking a:

Marketing Specialist

Role Purpose The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening customer engagement, brand awareness, digital presence and loyalty within the B2B channel, with a strong focus on loyalty programs and events. The role will contribute to the development and optimization of the loyalty program dedicated to the channel, as well as the planning and execution of events (conventions, roadshows, training and commercial meetings) targeting business customers. In support of these core activities, the role will also contribute to customer communications, and marketing analysis, while supporting the ongoing evolution of the company‘s digital marketing and customer engagement platforms.

This role also comes with the opportunity to develop into international and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Support & drive the new development and execution of the Italian HVAC loyalty programme.

· Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and brand awareness.

· Assist in the planning and execution of B2B events, training sessions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

· Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing insights to drive improvements.

· Support all digital activities and help drive improvements and engagement.

· Support customer segmentation activities and the development of targeted communication initiatives.

· Collaborate with European marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies, sharing best practices and supporting the implementation of regional and cross-market initiatives.

· Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure effective delivery of marketing projects and initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Managers,



to support business objectives and customer engagement strategies.

· Support the ongoing development and optimization of marketing platforms, tools, and customer communication processes.

· Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferable but not a must

· 4-5 years of experience in a marketing-related role, with proven experience in B2B loyalty programs and event management.

· Experience working with external agencies & suppliers, driving value and focus on ROI generation

· Strong interest in customer experience and data-driven marketing.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Highly creative and ability to communicate new ideas.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms.

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite is a plus

· Professional proficiency in English and Italian, other languages is a plus

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time

Applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi – Confcommercio

Minimum Gross Annual Salary : € 30.000

The Company may offer a compensation package that differs from the amount indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process, such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role. All compensation-related decisions are made in accordance with the principles of equal pay, the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement, EU Directive 2023⁄970 on pay transparency, and any relevant national implementing legislation.
