Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative Location: Athens, Greece - Onsite Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts Compensation: €1,045,72 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance premio upto 10% + Fully paid training + Full relocation package (flight ticket within EU, airport pickup + hotel accommodation + real estate agency fee)



Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems Help customers understand the platform and available features Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level English B2+ for training and internal communication Customer-focused and empathetic approach Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
