Overview
In this role you will own the Italian subsidiary’s growth and performance, acting as the main company representative in Italy. You will translate the group strategy into a local commercial plan, drive new points of sale and partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships. You’ll oversee online growth, monitor market trends, and lead a cross-functional local team to deliver sustainable expansion aligned with the company’s premium positioning.
Responsabilità Define and execute the Italian commercial strategy aligned with Group objectives
Own P&L; and commercial performance of the Italian subsidiary
Develop and implement a clear business development and sales plan for Italy
Open new points of sale in Pharmacy and Hospitality channels
Strengthen relationships with pharmacy groups, distributors, hotels, and strategic partners
Drive online channel development and digital sales growth
Manage and develop existing key accounts; identify new opportunities
Build long-term relationships with strategic customers and act as senior commercial representative in Italy




Monitor market trends, competitors and consumer behavior to identify opportunities
Lead, motivate and develop the local commercial team; foster performance and customer orientation
Establish and monitor commercial KPIs, budgets and forecasts; take corrective actions
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain and other HQ functions
Provide regular updates to Ownership on performance, market developments and opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings and strategic forums
Requisiti fondamentali Senior commercial/general management experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury or Premium Consumer Goods
Strong knowledge and established relationships within the Italian market
Proven experience developing business through Pharmacy, Hospitality and/or Online channels
Track record of opening new points of sale and building distribution networks
Experience managing commercial
