HSE Manager Verona, Italy · On-site Reports to: Site Manager The Role Lead the Verona site's health, safety and environmental strategy – driving continual improvement in operational risk management, developing a mature safety culture,



and ensuring legal compliance through effective leadership, coaching and implementation of kp standards.
Working in close partnership with the site management team, you'll make HSE integral to how the site operates and be the trusted advisor who influences operational and strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
Lead the site's health and safety strategy, aligned to corporate standards and regulation, and build a mature safety culture – coaching leaders, challenging unsafe behaviours and embedding accountability for risk at every level. Ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation, company and industry standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001, BRCGS), keeping management systems effective and embedded, and leading inspections, audits and assurance activities.
Lead risk identification, assessment and control, and run high-quality incident investigations that find systemic causes and prevent recurrence. Develop competency and training program
