Order Handling SpecialistYour role and responsibilitiesYou will be responsible to provide order and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers.
You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and to improve customer satisfaction.
You will also manage customer master data activities, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency,



and timely updates across systems.- Work model: #Verification of Orders received from our customers, control of order confirmations received from factories and communication with them regarding possible requests.
Creation and management of sales ordersMaster data management of our customers through our internal portal.
Monitoring the status of orders, management and verification of deliveries and follow up of delays.

Qualifications for the roleEducation: a Degree in Economics or Foreign Languages.
Technical Skills: knowledge of Office suite is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Languages: a good knowledge of English and Italian.
