Supercharge is seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to build and lead the sales function of the Energy Business Unit. This senior, hands-on role partners with the Energy Director to turn strategy into a scalable sales engine, targeting interconnector clients and expanding into new markets with productised software offerings.
You will lead a small sales team, own multi-year RFP-driven cycles, and shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market efforts across Europe and beyond.
