Our specialty epoxy resins, modifiers and curing agents offer critical performance features such as strength, heat, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as superior adhesion. We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment. This is a temporary position for 12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the entire order process as the primary point of contact for customer order-related activities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, digital systems)
- Enter new orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants to ensure on-time shipments, and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure correct invoicing, compliance with customer-specific requirements and high customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to other Customer Service colleagues when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an administrative/commercial field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail in an international, multicultural environment
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset,



with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Proficiency with common IT tools (Microsoft Excel and Word); experience with SAP is considered a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is preferred

The gross annual salary for this temporary 12-month position is in the range of €28,000 to €33,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
