Commercial Leadership: Deliver sales, profitability, volume and market share targets in line with business objectives.
Market Intelligence: Monitor customer needs,



competitive activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions.
Your Profile as Sales Manager – What We're Looking ForMinimum 10 years of successful B2B sales and business development experience within packaging, printing, inks, coatings, specialty chemicals or related industries.
Demonstrated success in international matrix organizations and in winning new business, opening strategic accounts and delivering profitable growth.
Deep understanding of luxury packaging, food packaging and converter markets.
Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence decision-makers at senior management level.
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong resilience and a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English as well as presentation and relationship-building
